During my recent road trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Grafs Adler, a charming half-timbered hotel that perfectly blended rustic charm with modern comforts. The welcoming staff made our experience truly special, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, which I appreciated traveling with friends who are as discerning as I am when it comes to hotel selection. We loved our clean room, which boasted an elegant private bathroom—great for unwinding after a day exploring the nearby Black Forest. Dining in their rustic-style restaurant was a highlight; we devoured generous portions of Baden region specialties paired with local German beers in the picturesque garden. Plus, the location made it easy to hop onto the A5 motorway to explore the beautiful cities of Freiburg and Karlsruhe just a short drive away. If you're after a cozy stop on your journey, or simply a little gem that combines comfort with a taste of local culture, Grafs Adler is a delightful choice. You'll leave with full bellies and happy hearts, just like we did!
